yeah its quite an unearthly hour, but i kinda dont wanna sleep. i think i wont survive bio MCQ if this keeps up... my stomach is making REALLY loud noises (ahem, you can't beat the RUCKUS during maths mock exam in LT4... inside joke. :D)one week has flown out the window. have been spending half the time out and half the time sleeping. oh wait. where's the hint of bio? minute manz. yes im ashamed to admit this. but at least i have spent some quality time with my textbook, notes and prelim papers in the wee hours of the night/morning. so not good for health lah. has defintely taken a toll on my complexion! D:

okay. on to the topic i found interesting during QT today:
paraphrased (stll exercising GP skills lol) from Words of Life- we often lose ourselves in merry-making, festivities of celebrating Christmas. tonnes of shopping, eating, cooking or carolling. we do all these for impression, sense of self-fulfillment, and of course wanting to please others. and God. but does it bring REAL JOY? Isaiah 1 says God was fed up with the Israelites' festivals and feasts, that there were too many sacrifices and burnt offerings. they ended up being "unclean" with all the blood and dirt in their hands when they prayed to God.
sometimes i feel we kind of forget the REAL meaning of Christmas- to celebrate Christ's birth in a humble manger in Bethlehem. God's will for the Jesus was and is to let His only Son die on the cross to save the whole world. what a thought!
